Neurofeedback has been studied and applied since the 1970s—used with professional athletes, Fortune 500 execs, people managing neurological conditions, and anyone wanting to optimize how their brain performs. Before, accessing it meant going into a clinical setting.
Now, you can get the same results from your couch with an app and a headset.
How Does Neurofeedback Work?
Every skill you’ve ever learned came from the same mechanism: feedback and repetition. When you get better at anything, it’s because your brain received a signal that what it was doing was working and repeated it until it became automatic. That’s called operant conditioning and neurofeedback uses the same mechanism directly applied to your brainwave activity.
In simplest terms, we look at how your brain is currently operating in the situations you’re concerned about. This is our baseline brain map. Then we reward your brain—through haptic, auditory, and visual cues on your phone—whenever it operates how we want it to (instead of picking old defaults). You can’t think your way to better patterns, you just open the app, put on your headset, and train for 20-30 minutes a day a couple of times per week. The feedback loop eventually does its thing and your brain starts operating how we want it to all on its own.

Initial Assessment & Protocol
Start Training
Once your headset arrives, you’ll complete a 15-minute brain map that I’ll use to build your personalized training plan. You’ll get a video walking through exactly what your brain is doing, what your patterns tell us, and what it means for your training.
Using your custom protocol, you’ll begin training. Sessions are 20-30 minutes and most people train 2-4 times per week—fitting it into your regular routine. We’ll have regular touchpoints and your protocol will evolve as your brain does.
