THE BRAIN TRAINING

THE BRAINS BEHIND IT

Some days your brain can focus, transition, and let things go. Other days it gets stuck in loops, feels mentally overloaded, or won’t fully power down.

What if your brain was more of the first and less of the second?

Brains are pattern machines. They find what works and run it on repeat. The issue is that when life changes, your brain doesn’t automatically create new patterns to fit new needs, it clings to old ones. Hence the feeling of “my brain is working against me.” It literally is.

Most of the tools people use to change those patterns work around them instead of on them. Sort of like addressing symptoms instead of the cause. Neurofeedback works directly with the pattern itself, using the brain’s own feedback system to rewire what’s no longer serving you and replace it with something new. Think of it like giving your brain a software update instead of just closing the tabs that keep crashing. The device is still solid, we just need to bring its operating system up to speed. That’s what we do here.

Meet Elle

The brains behind Mastermindneuro

Before I trained thousands of brains, I trained the one that needed me most: my own. In high school, like so many kids labeled "distracted" or "unfocused," I was diagnosed with ADHD and OCD. Having a name for it felt validating for about five minutes. Then came the medication, therapy, and a whole lot of trying to perform my way through a college transition my brain simply wasn't ready for. I did everything I was supposed to and none of it got me where I needed to go. If anything, it got me further from myself.

Then I was hit by a car. My head was uninjured, but the recovery pulled me into a deep dive of the nervous system and alternative medicine that changed the direction of my life. I found a facility doing neurofeedback and biofeedback work, asked if I could intern while receiving treatment, and they said yes. What followed was years of learning the brain from both sides: someone training it and someone being trained.

Seeing my own brain map for the first time gave me something a lifetime of alphabet soup diagnoses didn’t: a starting point. Not a label telling me what I had, but data showing me exactly how my brain was operating and where it could go from there. That distinction gave me ownership over something I’d spent years feeling victimized by, and I’ve used neurofeedback on my own brain ever since.

Before high-pressure workweeks where I need to pitch, present, or perform at my best. During every stressful move, job transition, or period of burnout and overwhelm. After a night of poor sleep, a frustrating conversation, or feeling let down by colleagues, friends, or family. Instead of spiraling, ruminating, or staying stuck, I turn to neurofeedback. The same tools I give to you I actively use on myself, because they work.

Over the past decade I’ve trained over a thousand of brains: Fortune 500 CEOs, billionaires, professional athletes across the NFL, NHL, and golf, tech founders, and people from every profession you can think of, including their families. I built Mastermindneuro because that moment of seeing your own data and thinking "okay, now I get it and know what to do" deserves to be accessible to anyone.

Here’s to being more than a diagnosis and making your brain your friend again,

Elle Dalebroux
