Here's What Working Together Looks Like

Consult
You walk me through what’s been feeling harder than it should in your day to day, and I recommend the right starting point. If it feels like a fit, you can order your headset right away or I’ll send a recap with everything you need.

Get Set Up
Once your headset is ordered, you’ll receive a welcome email with access to your private Notion home base. This walks you through each step, helps you download the app, and includes a short intake form so I have the right context before building your protocol.
Your device ships directly to you and typically arrives within 7–10 days.

Connect Your Device
When your headset arrives, your Notion guide walks you through setup and connecting to the app using my clinical code. Most people complete this in a few minutes, but support is always available if you want help.

Map Your Brain
Before training begins, you’ll complete a 15-minute Brain Performance Assessment (qEEG). This shows how your brain is currently operating and acts as the roadmap for your personalized training plan.
Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a private video explaining your results in plain language so you understand exactly what we’re working on

Begin Training
Sessions take 20–30 minutes and fit into your normal routine at home. You put on the headset, open the app, find a comfortable spot, and let the training run. Most people watch the built-in media, play a simple game, or listen to audio while the app delivers real-time feedback that helps your brain learn more efficient patterns.
Most people train just 2–4 times per week.

REMOTE NEUROFEEDBACK TRAINING SUBSCRIPTIONS
I offer three remote neurofeedback subscriptions depending on your current goals and timeline. Most clients start with either Rebuilder or Accelerator before moving into Maintenance for ongoing brain hygiene—think of it like a gym membership for your brain.
Rebuilder is the right starting point if your brain has been working against you—overwhelm, poor sleep, focus issues—and you’re ready to change that without an urgent deadline driving the timeline. We’ll assess your progress each month and tweak your protocol based on the data. You’ll begin noticing changes after 10-20 training sessions.
If you're up against a deadline, heading into a high-stakes season, or need your brain performing better sooner rather than later, Accelerator gets you to the same place on a faster timeline. We'll assess your progress every two weeks and make faster protocol adjustments based on real-time feedback.
Regardless of where you start, most clients move into the Maintenance tier after completing their initial training phases for one check-in call a month and ongoing sessions to protect what your brain has learned.. Investment ranges from $350/month for ongoing maintenance to $1,100/month for more Accelerated support.
